Renewal Options

You may choose to renew your membership with Healthtrack on a:

• Monthly, 3-month, or annual basis.
• Renewal options and pricing will be communicated to you prior to the expiration of your current membership term.

Automatic Renewal

• If you have selected automatic renewal, your membership will be automatically renewed at the end of each term unless you opt out or cancel your membership.

Notification

• We will notify you in advance of your membership expiration date and provide instructions for renewal.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information is up to date to receive these notifications.

Renewal Changes

• If you wish to make changes to your membership plan or billing preferences upon renewal, please contact us at least 7 days prior to your membership expiration date.

Cancellation of Automatic Renewal

• If you wish to cancel automatic renewal, you must notify Healthtrack in writing or through our online portal at least 7 days prior to your membership expiration date.
